At Harpers we are always looking at the long term performance of your heating system and only use the best heating controls from company’s like Honeywell. We also only use Fernox rust inhibitors. Other installers may well opt for cheaper alternatives. Harpers Heating will never cut corners, your safety and protecting your investment in your home is always our prior concern.

If I want the work done how do we proceed ?
Once we have received your instructions to do the work, we will arrange with you a suitable date and duration to do the work
Our engineers will be fully briefed on the work required before arriving on-site. This ensures our engineers hit the ground running, they know exactly what needs doing and how it is to be done. This reduces the time required to complete the job and the disruption and inconvenience to your family is kept to a minimum.
Once complete our engineer will take you through all the work that has been done and show you how all the controls work. We will leave your home as we found it.
After installation, we only ask that if you have any problems or questions with the work we have performed that you contact us as soon as possible. We want to ensure you enjoy your home as much as possible.
